L’Arche North Carolina’s Brunch & Belonging with Stories (10/17/2026)

Sat, 17 Oct 2026 14:30:00 GMT

Stories shape how we see ourselves and one another. They help us build understanding, deepen relationships, and create communities where everyone belongs.

At Brunch & Belonging, we’ll gather to hear stories from the disability community and beyond—stories of friendship, resilience, joy, challenge, and connection. Together, we’ll celebrate the unique experiences that make each person who they are.

Featuring storytellers:

Hope Wilder
Colin Ryan
Jennifer Latham Robinson
Karen DiSaia

Because when we listen to one another’s stories, we discover our shared humanity.
Join us for an inspiring morning that supports L’Arche North Carolina’s mission of creating communities where people with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities can belong and thrive.
